Serving as an Alpha Success Advisor (ASA) with the Central Office provides an opportunity to travel, develop relationships, and enhance your Chi Psi experience. While consulting Alphas, you will improve your leadership abilities and learn valuable professional skills in a supportive environment. Brothers with strong interpersonal skills, motivation, self-discipline, adaptability, organizational abilities, enthusiasm, integrity, and a firm belief in the ideals of Chi Psi Fraternity should apply.

These positions serve a distinctive role in Chi Psi and have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of undergraduates and alumni. The experience provides a unique perspective that prepares you for graduate school or your professional career.

General Requirements:

• Applicants must be a Brother of Chi Psi Fraternity in good standing.
• Applicants must have earned a Bachelor’s degree.
• Applicants should have a comprehensive understanding of Chi Psi values, history, and national structure.
• Applicants must own or be willing to purchase an automobile, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Applicants should possess:
  • Sound organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective writing and speaking skills

Employment involves a 2-year commitment.
