The Pink Tie Benefit Gala raises money for the Pretty in Pink Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit based in Raleigh, NC, that covers medical expenses for women battling cancer. Pretty in Pink is one of the only organizations in the country that solely focuses on relieving the financial burden placed on breast cancer patients and has provided financial aid for lifesaving medical treatment for thousands of women across North Carolina. The Pink Tie Benefit Gala began in 2006, when Brother Chase Templeton’s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer and fellow Pi Deltans came together to support the Templeton family. Since then, Pink Tie has raised over $100,000 for the Pretty in Pink Foundation. We hope to make this year our largest success yet!

WHERE: Dorothy and Roy Park Alumni Center (2450 Alumni Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606)
ATTIRE: Semi-formal attire, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear pink ties!
FOOD/DRINK: Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided along with a cash bar
