The Alpha Building Fund (ABF) was established in 1956 to provide each Alpha of Chi Psi with a disciplined and formal way to accumulate the funds needed for the purpose of maintaining or purchasing a Lodge.
Each ABF withdrawal request shall be reviewed and discussed by the Alpha Building Fund Withdrawal Committee. If a majority of the Committee members vote in the affirmative to approve the withdrawal request, such withdrawal request is approved.
Whenever a withdrawal request is approved, the Executive Director shall distribute the amount of the approved withdrawal request to the Alpha’s Alumni Corporation President without any needless delay.
It is appropriate for an Alpha to send photographs or written descriptions of the repairs, improvements made, or items purchased with the approved ABF withdrawal, to the Executive Director, who will forward them to the ABF Withdrawal Committee.
